Deskripsi Kerja
Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will respond to HR inquiries, assist with employee training and development activities, and manage training administration. Responsibilities include liaising with HRDF, maintaining ISO documentation, and supporting foreign workers and expatriates.
We require a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. No prior experience is necessary, and immediate availability is preferred. This position is based in Penang Science Park.
