Deskripsi Kerja

MINDE Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our HR functions in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key responsibilities include developing training programs, managing HR records, benefits, payroll, and contributing to strategic planning. You will also foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM15,00.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus

Experience: 5 years in Human Resources and Human Resources Management (Preferred)
