• Manage Benefit programs: Life, Health, Dental Insurance
• Recruitment and Induction planning
• Learning and Development
• Annual HR and Headcount Budget
• Manage Workday system
• Conduct Performance Management Systems
• Payroll Management and Compliance
• Foster employee engagement and well-being

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR
• 5-8 years of Human Capital experience
• Managerial experience with cross-cultural teams
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM8,00.00 – RM9,00.00/month
