Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in managing Local and Foreign Workers administration matters.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate training and development programs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR/Management/Business or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• 1 year of HR experience is an advantage; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,300.00/month
