Deskripsi Kerja
Pristine Resources, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter Assistant to enhance our hiring operations for factory clients in BUKIT MINYAK. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring the well-being of workers throughout their employment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and schedule interviews for factory workers
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation
- Monitor worker welfare and attendance
- Resolve worker-related issues promptly
Requirements: Experience in recruitment or HR preferred; effective communication skills; willing to travel locally; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage.
Pay: RM1,900.00 – RM2,500.00 per month with additional benefits.
