Polymorph Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter who is a native Mandarin speaker. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop effective strategies to attract top talent, and collaborate closely with hiring managers. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.
To qualify, you must hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 2 years of recruitment experience. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be proactive and result-oriented. This position is based in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
