- Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop diverse recruitment strategies.
- Use sourcing tools to create a quality candidate pipeline.
- Communicate with clients to assess needs and offer recruiting solutions.
- Provide market insights to Hiring Managers regarding candidates.
- Ensure candidates have weekly updates during the interview process.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
