Join our team at Cergas Murni Sdn Bhd as an HR Executive. Your expertise in the construction industry will drive our recruitment strategies and manage training needs. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct training needs analyses, and support workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct training needs analysis and implement training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months) | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00/month
