Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Services Operations Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining payroll records, calculating deductions, and complying with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify employee time and payroll data.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain and reconcile payroll records.
- Handle inquiries regarding pay-related issues.
- Prepare reports for finance and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 1+ years payroll experience, proficiency in payroll software, and fluent in Korean and English.
