Deskripsi Kerja
Join Estee Lauder as an HR Services Representative Intern! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data in our Oracle HRIS system, managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits, work visas, and more.
We are seeking students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management. Ideal candidates will be team players with excellent communication skills, proficient in English, and knowledgeable in either Japanese or Mandarin & Cantonese. You should also have a good understanding of HR data privacy regulations and be skilled in MS Office applications.
