Deskripsi Kerja

ParaCell Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to manage essential HR functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Address employee queries and support engagement.
• Assist in developing HR policies.
• Facilitate performance reviews and training needs.
• Handle payroll and administer benefits.
• Maintain employee records and generate reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2-3 years of HR experience. Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM6,00.00/month. Benefits include maternity leave, parental leave, and professional development.
