Deskripsi Kerja
Join Skubbs Sdn Bhd as an HR Specialist! We are looking for a passionate individual with strong HR management skills including payroll processing, performance management, and employee relations. You will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities include developing training materials, creating compensation strategies, and conducting performance reviews. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required, along with effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month, along with benefits like parental leave.
