Deskripsi Kerja
Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated HR & Training Executive to assist with various human resources and training functions.
Key responsibilities include recruiting activities such as job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. Additionally, you will monitor staff attendance, manage employee insurance matters, and assist with onboarding processes.
In the training and development area, you will plan and coordinate in-house training programs, facilitate external training participation, and maintain systematic training documentation. You will also manage training budgets and claims.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
