Deskripsi Kerja

Join a leading international consulting firm based in Kuala Lumpur as an HRBP Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of 4-5 HR Executives, managing HR operations and delivering comprehensive HR services for the entire Employee Lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire). Your responsibilities will be divided equally between HR Business Partnering (50%) and HR Operations (50%).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM8,00.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience: 8 years in HR operations, Employee Lifecycle, and HR Business Partnering (Preferred)
