Deskripsi Kerja
Entegris is seeking an HRIS Analyst to implement process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain Workday HCM as our primary HRIS. You will collaborate with the Central Administration team to address system inquiries and serve as a liaison to APAC HR personnel.
Key responsibilities include providing Tier 2 support, investigating system errors, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining system configurations across various functional areas including recruiting and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Workday experience, a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, and advanced skills in Microsoft Forms for automation support.
