Deskripsi Kerja
Reunion Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will manage HR operations, ensure compliance with policies, and provide administrative support to create a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and manage recruitment tasks.
- Handle employee benefits, leave applications, and payroll support.
- Prepare HR documents and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Assist in training sessions and performance appraisals.
Requirements:
- HR or administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From RM3,00.00 per month | Schedule: Monday to Friday
