Deskripsi Kerja
Parkson Pavilion Bukit Jalil is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant to support our HR operations. This role involves assisting the HR Executive and Store Manager with daily HR tasks, preparing payrolls and benefits, enforcing company policies, and handling recruitment activities for subordinate levels.
Ideal candidates will hold a fresh Degree/Diploma in HR Management or a related field with 1-2 years of experience. You must be willing to work shifts, including noon shifts during peak seasons.
We offer a competitive salary of RM2,00.00 to RM2,200.00 per month, plus additional benefits.
