Deskripsi Kerja
UNO Hiring is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing monthly salary payroll, processing payments, and banking. You will assist in HR-related correspondence, maintain the employee database, and ensure proper record keeping.
Key responsibilities include providing periodic reports, assisting in various HR functions, and undertaking ad-hoc assignments as needed. Applicants must hold a minimum SPM or equivalent and be Malaysian citizens. Relevant payroll experience, especially with Goldsoft Payroll, is preferred.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu, be computer literate, and have a proactive mindset.
