Deskripsi Kerja

Esstar Vision Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will screen resumes, conduct interviews, manage payroll processing using Time Tec HR software, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, conducting orientation, monitoring leave management, and administering employee welfare programs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of experience in the HR field.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM1,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as maternity and parental leave, and overtime pay.
