Deskripsi Kerja
UniTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to support a full range of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Provide guidance on performance and benefits.
- Organize training and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage staff attendance.
- Assist in disciplinary matters and overall office administration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,00.00 – RM8,00.00 per month
