IIWAM Penang is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating workforce strategies, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, overseeing performance appraisals, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing employee engagement.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, a minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role, and strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws. Proficient communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
