Job Description: Assist in talent sourcing, acquisition, and onboarding. Ensure headcount gaps are filled timely and conduct talent engagement surveys. Support payroll, training, and company events.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR/Psychology/Business Management
- Executive hiring experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Willing to work in Klang, 5.5-day workweek
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,200.00 per month
