Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Shinko Industries Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Human Resources Assistant Manager. You will manage the full recruitment and onboarding process, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment and Labour Laws. Additionally, you will handle payroll processing and support HR policy implementation.
We seek candidates with a degree in Human Resources or related fields and 3–5 years of HR experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month. Preferred languages: Mandarin, Bahasa, and English. Work location: in person.
