Deskripsi Kerja
Join PORTLAND ASSETS MALAYSIA SDN BHD as a Human Resource Assistant! We’re looking for a dedicated individual to assist in our HR activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the hiring process, including job postings and interviews.
- Cross-check staff attendance records.
- Prepare monthly staff cost reports.
- Communicate with the HR team and management.
- Update staff schedules.
- Verify invoices and prepare payment lists for staff and part-timers.
Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome! Basic computer skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin are essential.
Location: Setia Triangle Suite, Bayan Lepas.
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800 per month.
