Deskripsi Kerja

TopFlow Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Addressing HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Maintaining digital employee records.
  • Coordinating with benefit vendors.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process.
  • Managing compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating training sessions.
  • Processing payroll and resolving errors.
  • Conducting orientations and exit interviews.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month. Benefits include free parking.

Expected start date: 11/04/2024. Previous experience in human resources is preferred.

Keperluan

  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Able to Work Under Pressure
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • No Criminal Record
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • Able to Work in a Team
  • Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
