Deskripsi Kerja
Elite Development Group is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop HR strategies, manage recruitment processes, and ensure employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing performance appraisals, maintaining compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
We require proven HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Knowledge of HR metrics is essential. Arabic speakers preferred.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM3,00.00 to RM4,500.00. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
