Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Klang
Salary: RM 4,00
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective support across all Human Resource activities, including payroll calculation, overtime, staff attendance, and medical claims.
- Coordinate recruitment documentation and manage staff movement documentation such as confirmations and transfers.
- Liaise with government authorities like Labour Office, EPF & SOCSO.
- Address employee discipline issues.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years work experience.
- Preferably male, to handle foreign workers.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality.
