Deskripsi Kerja

Join our team at Ramada Meridin by Wyndham as a Human Resources Executive! You will assist the Human Resource Manager in various daily activities, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, industrial relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations and welfare
  • Handle industrial relations and grievances
  • Oversee performance management
  • Administer compensation and training

Requirements: STPM or diploma/degree in HR or related field, 3-5 years HR experience, familiarity with E-Tris system, and a positive attitude.

Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM3,600.00/month with benefits.
