Deskripsi Kerja
HONG&FONG is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to assist in managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending employment offers. Key responsibilities include monitoring employee attendance, handling payroll calculations, and maintaining HR records according to the company system. The HR Generalist will also prepare essential HR documentation such as memos, handbooks, and contracts, as well as perform additional assignments as designated by management.
Applicants should have at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent, along with three years of experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Bahasa Cina is required.
