Deskripsi Kerja

HRnetOne Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes. Your role will also involve administering payroll data and employee benefits while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Comprehensive HR Operations management
• Administering compensation and benefits
• Providing employee relations support
• Facilitating performance and development initiatives
• Ensuring HR policy compliance
• Participating in HR improvement projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 – RM8,200.00 per month

Location: Kelana Jaya (required to commute or relocate)

Experience: 4 years in Human Resources (preferred)
