Deskripsi Kerja
Gloco Malaysia Berhad is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Recruiting and hiring new employees
- Managing training and development initiatives
- Tracking employee performance
- Enhancing communication within the organization
- Fostering organizational culture
- Addressing conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Requirements:
Candidates should possess at least a Sijil, Diploma, or higher. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. We seek a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Contract Length: 2-6 months
Pay: RM600.00 – RM700.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
