Location: Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur Metropolis

Summary: You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting associate, guest, and owner expectations. The Human Resources Manager is tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the division.

Qualifications:

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
