Salary: Up to MYR 10,00
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
- Strong knowledge of HR Development, training, recruitment, and industrial relations.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to work in a new factory in Shah Alam.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations and lead the HR team.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: MYR 8,00 – MYR 10,00 per month
