Deskripsi Kerja

Working Hours: 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation and benefits data.
- Support employee inquiries, including payroll issues.
- Oversee insurance document submissions and claims.
- Ensure workplace safety in collaboration with the Health and Safety Department.
- Liaise with building management and third parties for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Team player with problem-solving approach.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
