Deskripsi Kerja
Infosys is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Operations Process Executive to act as the primary contact for escalated HR queries from employees and partners. This role involves organizing employee records, coordinating HR projects, and managing the Employee Life Cycle in Workday, including hiring, job changes, and terminations.
The ideal candidate should have at least a Higher Secondary education and 1-2 years of experience in a shared service environment, particularly in HR. Knowledge of HR software such as SAP or Workday is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English are required; a second language is preferred.
