Responsibilities:
- Resolve HVAC mechanical issues and client complaints.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns.
- Work with maintenance teams and supervise contractors.
- Communicate with vendors and handle additional tasks.
Requirements:
- Certification in Mechanical or HVAC systems.
- 1–3 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
- Basic HVAC operations understanding and a willingness to learn.
