Job Description:
– Monitor and follow up daily activities for Import and Export
– Assist in handling all documentation, quotations, and billing
– Respond promptly to customer enquiries and feedback
– Undertake any other reasonable duties as required
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in an air freight/shipping environment
– Understanding of customs clearance and international logistics
– Friendly, independent, and able to work under pressure
– Computer literate with good communication skills
– Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
