Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to lead our in-room dining operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee service standards, manage and train staff, coordinate menus with culinary teams, control inventory and cost, implement quality and hygiene protocols, and handle guest feedback and special requests. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hotel F&B experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with POS systems, scheduling and budgeting, and a hospitality diploma or equivalent.
