Deskripsi Kerja
EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Manager to oversee daily operations related to the efficient and high-quality production of plastic components. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in injection moulding, team leadership, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the injection moulding department.
- Oversee machine setup and troubleshooting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production schedules.
- Train and mentor technicians.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Strong understanding of moulding processes.
- Excellent leadership skills.
Pay: RM7,00.00 – RM12,00.00/month
