MCLINK ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in ERP and IT products. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service and sales skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, RM, and sales software is a must.
In this role, you will set sales goals, generate leads, engage with customers, handle inquiries, prepare quotes, and manage the sales process.
