Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and coach our inside sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage daily operations. You will set and monitor targets, develop sales strategies, oversee CRM pipeline, analyze KPIs, and coordinate with marketing and account managers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inside sales with at least 1 year supervising teams, excellent communication and leadership skills, a target-driven mindset, and CRM experience. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. This role requires strong coaching ability, problem-solving, and clear reporting to senior management.
