Deskripsi Kerja
DHL is seeking a dedicated Intern for the Process Control and Monitoring (PCM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and tracing shipments for Malaysia (MY) and Singapore (SG), ensuring timely updates are communicated to the Customer Services team regarding any discrepancies.
Your daily tasks will include monitoring shipments via the PostFlights tool, validating shipment departures, and addressing any issues with airlines. You will prepare monthly reports, manage operational issues, and collaborate with carriers regarding damages or missing shipments.
