Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Provide effective support and prompt resolution of IT hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist with installation and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Create and manage user accounts, including permissions and access controls.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance on computers and servers.
- Documentation of procedures and troubleshooting for common issues.
- Fresh graduates welcomed; training provided.

Keperluan
