Deskripsi Kerja

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Analyst to manage the implementation and ongoing support of our ERP system at Agensi Pekerjaan Infinity8 Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will provide end-user support and collaborate with users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure our ERP solutions align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day system support
• 1st and 2nd level support for business teams
• Documenting and modeling business requirements
• Troubleshooting ERP application issues
• Facilitating end-user training sessions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field with 4-7 years of ERP systems experience required.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM8,00 – RM10,00 per month
