Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Times Management Consultancy Sdn. Your main responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing customer HR Payroll workflows, maintaining the HR Payroll system, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with our Business Development and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Fully remote work available.
