Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT support for staff and students.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Assist with audio-visual equipment for classes and events.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT or related field, 2+ years of IT support experience, proficiency in Windows and macOS, and excellent communication skills.
