Working Mode: On Site
Job Type: 12-month contract (Opportunity for renewal or conversion to permanent staff based on performance)
Location: Johor Bahru, Johor
Experience: 1-3 years in IT Field Support, specifically desktop support and networking. Banking domain experience required.
Job Description: Provide first-level support for AHIB’s systems availability, manage resources efficiently, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and deliver IMAC and Deskside Break-Fix services as needed.
Requirements: 1-3 years of relevant experience, a minimum diploma in IT, excellent communication skills, and cultural sensitivity.
