Deskripsi Kerja

Position: IT Helpdesk

Company: RCSI Management

Basic Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 3,400

Location: PJ Trade

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

Job Scope:

• Interact with customers and respond to their needs.
• Gather customer information and analyze issues.
• Follow up with scheduled call backs as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year in IT Helpdesk.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and networks.
• Familiarity with Linux or Mac OS preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
