Deskripsi Kerja
Company: Social Bee Sdn Bhd
Position: IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Location: PJ Trade Centre
Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and respond to their needs.
- Gather information to evaluate issues.
- Follow up with scheduled callbacks to customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of IT Helpdesk experience.
- Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and networks.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
