Deskripsi Kerja
Company: EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd
Location: Shah Alam
Contract Tenure: 2 years (Renewable)
Working Hours: 9 PM – 6 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to RM 4,500 (Negotiable) + RM 900 (Shift & Training Allowance)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent technical support to end users through various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise GIS servers.
- Document cases in the CRM system and author knowledge articles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SSL, Proxy Servers, and SQL.
- 2 years of experience in IT support (Required).
